Day 12 of the 24 beer of Christmas is Mocha Warli, an Oatmeal Stout, from More Brewing Company in Villa Park, Illinois. Another day of excitement built quickly based on the ingredients mentioned on the can for the contents, it didn’t hurt that the art work on the can was cool.

The richness of the pour for Mocha Warli continued the initial excitement from the description of the can. The escalation continued based on the aroma. The richness of beer to these two senses made thoughts of the taste dance in my mind. Almost came through for me. That first sip was a bit rough but the beer did smooth out, unfortunately the first impression is the one that I continue to refer back to. I would have this beer again. Enjoy!
