Day 5 of the 24 beer of Christmas is Certified Lager Boy, an Munich Dunkel, from Solemn Oath Brewery in Naperville, Illinois. Lately, when I go to my favorite local establish, I ask Phil, the awesomest bartender ever, to give me a pour of his choice. Typically he chooses a beer that I never would for myself but he always chooses carefully, arriving at a great selection.

Certified Lager Boy is that type of beer for me. I don’t drink many Munich Dunkels nor do I go out of my way to seek them. But, this beer hits the spot perfectly. Easy to drink, clean, and well rounded. I would have this beer again. Enjoy!
