I have sleep apnea. I was in recently for a sleep test and have a c-pap (spelling) machine that helps my night time breathing by wearing a mask to bed. Not the most favorable method of sleeping by a long shot. You know what though, it works. For the first time in the a long time I have energy and I don’t wake up tired. This equates to hopefully more exercise and beer reviews.
Now that the ugly is out of the way, I can set out to my American craft beer: Milk Stout by Lancaster Brewing Company. This has been sitting in the cellar for about nine months which seems to have mellowed the carbonation, which is fine by me. Otherwise this beer is nicely done, with a good balance between sweet and roasted notes. Definitely a easy drinking stout. Enjoy!
