Bell's Two Hearted Ale

Choosing a good American craft beer to review each evening can sometimes be a difficult task. The task raises up a notch when you have a cold. Yes, unbelievably for the second time since I started 365 American craft beers in 365 days, I have a cold. I hit the cold pretty hard yesterday, which is when it started, trying to nip it in the bud before it became a crazy, outrageous four or five day cold. I actually feel better today than I would have imagined but I don’t want to jinx myself.

Two Hearted Ale by Bell’s was the lucky participant last evening. As I stated, I really didn’t get much from the nose outside of a touch of citrus hops, in spite of the nose being clear. The taste, ugh, not much. These colds are starting to piss me off. I can tell you this, Two Hearted Ale, is one outstanding IPA. Make sure to get it fresh and fancy it often. Enjoy!

Useless Fact: Only about one ninth of the mass of an iceberg is visible above the water. Nearly all its bulk remains hidden beneath the surface.
