Two regular dudes who happen to be huge fans of American craft beer.

American craft beer tastes good at anytime, it just seems to taste better or, is it, more refreshing in certain situations. After mowing the grass or a long car trip or while visiting a brewery or, of course, after a rough day in the office. The latter is probably the one that does it for me more times than not. A good American craft beer, a comfy chair, and family do wonders for a bad day in the office syndrome.
Red Nectar by Nectar Ales seemed to be the perfect fit for a long day. Brewed by Firestone Walker Brewing Company, Red Nectar, on tap, fills the glass with a deep amber while a thick, light tan, inch of foam adorns the top. Toasted and caramel malts explode while a discriminating citrus hops scent backs up the sweet malts. The taste is highlighted with a slight bitter finish that is clean, abruptly shutting down the malt sweetness that is formed at the beginning. Medium body and ample carbonation fill out this sound American amber ale. Enjoy!
Useless Fact: The opposite sides of a dice cube always add up to seven.
