Two regular dudes who happen to be huge fans of American craft beer.

This beer comes by way of King Bob, who is also doing this 365 American craft beers in 365 days craziness. I have been impressed with the selection of beverages that we exchanged. Small Craft Warning continues the trend. Small Craft Warning is brewed up by Clipper City Brewing Company.
A sub name of the beer is Über Pils as it is an American Imperial Pilsner. Bread malt, citrus, and lemon grass come through in the nose and taste – they are actually about the only things that come through. There isn’t an alcohol tinge at all, which really helps the drinkability.
The funny thing about last night was that I wasn’t really looking forward to a beer as it was later in the evening when I had a chance to imbibe. I always like the pleasant surprises of an off evening being rewarded with an American craft beer that delivers past my expectations. Enjoy!
